We organized a Eat & Dye Dinner Experience in the ESAD’s restaurant O Exploratorio in Matosinhos, as part of the Porto Design Biennal ‘23

Guests were invited to use the food-waste from the dinner (skins, cooking water etc.), the table decoration (flowers and plants) and wine to paint directly on the table-cloth. At the end of the dinner, guest dyed their linen napkin with flowers as a memento from this incredible night.
