There is something magical that happens when you bring together a group of women who are all ready to show kindness, compassion and support to themselves, each other and the wider world. Everything was wonderful – the stunning location with the big garden and short walk to the sea, the delicious vegan food, the instructors Maria and Tamara, and the sunshine. I look forward to the next time!
